I had purchased a pair of shoes off their website. They had sent me an order confirmation email stating it was being processed but after they recieved my payment. I had sent in a money order filling out what they requested in the email to send it to: P.O. Box 1839 Clifton, NJ, 07015-1839 and it was shipped out by 23rd of MAy which was a Monday. Now I had read on there website that it take 7-20 business days in order for your purchase to be recieved at your door stop, and it also stated that they would a tracking and confirmation email stating it was shipped and you had trackin for the package. I week went by and no response from the company so I wrote asking for tracking info on my product. No repsonse, then I emailed them again 2 days later and no response. All this being I sent off the money order May 23rd,2005 and I had got a inquiry done on my money order to track and see if it was cashed so I can get my money back. Well turned out they cashed on June 7,2005 but no response. So they cannot say they haven't recieved due to I have proof that there cashed it. And it's been over 2 months. but am In the process of filing a report on them being that they all customers are fools, I have a fool for them b/c I will be getting more then jusst my 74.98 back
