Hi Gary, The same situation happened to me. I placed the order. Payment was received, but no merchandise. It's almost a month. I called my bank. They credit my debit card, and will investigate. I suggest you contact your bank and put in a dispute. This company keeps sending me newsletters. What a joke. I tried calling, phone disconnected. email address does not exist. Good luck.
