Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We were contracted by the mention organization, to transport a charity load from a prison to a charitable organization in Lake Worth, Fl. Our truck was late in delivering missing an appointment on Friday July 3rd we accepted responsibility for this service failure and attempted to redeliver the load on Monday. Upon this attempt Laura Rojas said the load was being rejected because the load was 3 days late, of course the consignee does not receive on Saturdays, and also she mentioned, our driver was not very nice at the attempt of delivery.

Miss Rojas who has not much to gain being the type of business she is involved in. She informs me that the load is our problem that they have moved forward. The freight on this contracted written agreement email spelled out the rate of 6500.00 and nature of the business to be transacted for that rate. So walking away and moving on as she has said is unacceptable, furthermore we are now in a position to warehouse a charitable load in our trailer. This of course puts us in a position to lose more money.

In the state of Florida we can ask for treble damages for our loses and we will, Our attorney is Author Jones (((REDACTED))). We believe because of Laura Rojas scam business practices and her inability to pay the freight shes trying to walk away as she did to another trucking company named Emuna Logistics. We are encouraging them too to come forward and expose "Shoes for the Cure" Fed ID #27 3022799. We have tried NUMEROUS times to contact Todd Levine who s name shows up associated with this business, he as well does not answer. We are also reporting them to the sunbiz charitable organization dept. we felt that something need to be done about this group and need to say something to protect others. Linda Rojas will claim that there was a heated verbal argument, and this is true but who wouldnt be upset. No business should be run with person personal feelings.
