Shoop Texas Termite BEWARE!! I scheduled a free consultation. They came and established that I had no problem. I received a bill in the mail about 4 days later. I called them to let them know that at no time did anyone tell me that there was going to be a charge for a free consult. Neither the girl on the phone when I set up the appointment nor the guy that came to conduct the inspection mentioned anything about a charge for a free consultation. The guy said, "no problem if you don't want to pay" and about a week later I received a collections agency letter. If you're going to attempt to charge someone for a free consultation, you need to tell them in advance. It's just poor business etiquette.
