Shooter Auctions in the beginning seemed to be a reliable penny auction site. You would be able to get some decent deals on certain items. These are the issues I have with Shooter Auctions now.

First, Jack Autry will ask you to change your name there is several cases that people have changed there names. This way it looks like different people are bidding to draw attractions to the website. Where the same people constantly aren't winning all the items.

Second, Jack has kicked players off or blocked for a time frame from the website for example Blalock and Yourturn which use to be a key player on the website was kicked off the website. For using to many bids on items trying to scare other people off.

Third, Jack Autry has given key players and friends that he grew up with Bids to help prolong the auction if you look at the history all of the major guns go for substantial amount of bids if you have followed the auctions while in progress the winners normally use well more then the gun is valued at just in bids.

Fourth, When a item or gun is auctioned off the serial number should be shown where you know he is not listing the same gun over and over because when you and the winner always bids for the same gun and then you loose 500 to 1000 bids and a week later the same gun comes back up there is some shady stuff happing or it goes on Gun Broker.

Thanks Fisher

I my self find it strange the post above gives a good review and than turns into a rip-off report for say at end. all i can say is jack has been busy as of the pass few months due to trying to get his new store up and open. As a rule he would call me or e-mail me right back. And a few times as of late he has been slow at it or forgets. BUT!!!
RIP-OFF??? NEVER EVER.. iI have won 5-6 firearms from the auction site.. As well as i have bought items from him.. GREAT DEALS... 1 time he was slow shipping. it took 2 weeks to get a gun if i bought it here would of cost me $1700.00 that Jack at shooters auction gave me the chance at winning. AND I DID WIN..  MY COST WITH BIDS AND CLOSE OF AUCTION PRICE WAS JUST OVER $400.. So big deal i had to wait 1 extra week to get it..
SO I WILL SAY.. you cant make everyone happy.. and sometimes s**t happens. BUT SHOOTER-AUCTIONS.COM  and JackS NAMES SHOULD IN NO WAY BE HERE IN THIS RIP-OFF REPORT FORUM AT ALL..

THANK YOU JACK AND THE PEOPLE OF SHOOTER-AUCTIONS.COM FOR EVERYTHING.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND YOU GUYS ROCK..

Hi
I had two experiences with buying guns from Shooters Auctions/Jack Autry.

1) I purchased a new XD45 from Jack Autry, the processed was very smooth.I first emailed Jack wanting info on a couple of guns and Jack was great getting back to me with prices. I finally decided on the XD45 and I spoke with Jack over the phone, tellling him to place the order. When the pistol arrived, he called and we made arrangements for me to pick it up at his home. The transaction was easy and went home. I then went  went to shooting range later that week and found the gun was shooting way off the mark. I contacted Jack, and brought over the gun, he looked at it, saw the barrel was obvisly not alined with the slide. Sent it back to the manufacture for repair, few weeks later, gun arrived, picked it up at Jacks home and all is well. Gun shhots well and I'm happy !!

2) I decided I wanted a new Turkey shotgun, contacted Jack through a email on the make and model, I even copied the picture and specs on the exact shotgun, just so Jack would order what I was interested in, he gave me a price and a couple days later I said in a email, good price and I want it ordered.
I then contacted Jack a few weeks later, he said the shotgun arrived and we made a time for me to meet at Jacks home for my to pick up my new shotgun. When I arrived he brought the box out but when opening it, it was the wrong one, nothing what I asked for but Jack said another one later might be coming in. So not to be in a hurry and Jack had another customer there, I ask Jack if he needed me to resend him the comeplete info on my gun I wanted in a email, He said Yes, and I went home. The email I sent him was a copy of original specs, picture, make and model number of the gun with Jacks cost price to me.

Now the weird part of this story . I have never ever heard back from Jack, ever. No emails, no phone calls.
I sent two emails and also called him twice, left two voicemail messages. I gave up, now in the hunt for a new shotgun and the season is almost here, so this has really messed things up with my hunting so far. I just wished Jack would have returned a email or phone call stating something, a problem with availability, price, did not like me as a customer, something. In my opinion its a poor way to run a business. So looks like Jack /Shooters auction won't get my money for a new shotgun and any other items I want to purchase unless Jack contacts me explaining why he drop me as a customer ???
Jack I challenge you to contact me and explain why ??

Shooter-Auctions.Com and Jack Autry have always been beyond fair and equitable when dealing with me. There have been some technical difficulties beyond his control, yet Jack has always made things right.

Jack has always contacted me either by email or phone call if there is any problems and got them straightened out immediately.

I trust Jack and know that his auction is completely on the up and up.

Anyone saying different is mistaken, making suppositions or just plain lying.

All of his merchandise is as presented and of the same quality as from the manufacturer.

I have won three auctions and will continue to bid.

Shooter-Auction.Com is a five star, straight shootin', hoot of an auction site.

Shooter Auctions in the beginning seemed to be a reliable penny auction site. You would be able to get some decent deals on certain items. Even today many people get fantastic deals on multiple items I would guess 99% of the winners and users are extremely happy. These are the issues I have with Shooter Auctions now. Who are you that you make accusations and use a false name? There has never been anybody named Fisher on this website that I am aware of or in our records.

First, Jack Autry will ask you to change your name Is this 1st or 2nd?  there is (you meant to type there are) several cases that people have changed there (their) names. This way it looks like different people are bidding to draw attractions (attractions or attention?) to the website.(What does this mean?)  Actually we have records to the contrary, of over 800 registered users since Oct and approx. 90 auctions since March we have more than 30 different winners, believe it or not, only people that play are going to win.Amazingly enough ALL of those people purchased bids or won them and actually participated in the auctions. Please refer to our closed auctions page to view. Obviously not everyone will win and the people that do actually win multiple auctions participate in many different auctions in order to do so   Where the same people constantly aren't winning all the items  And yes we still have people who win auctions with 1 bid. That happened last week I believe.

Second,(Secondly) Jack has kicked players off or blocked for a time frame from the website for example Blalock and Yourturn which use to be a key player This must be the real 1st complaint because the red herring labeled first actually makes little sense. So FIRST, Neither of these people has ever been more significant on Shooter Auctions than anybody else and actually one of these people requested to be removed by verbally threatening the owner on the website was kicked off the website. For using to (too) many bids on items trying to scare other people off. ,Secondly, this is absolutely contrary to what a penny auction is about, does a business really exist to give everything away?;Thirdly, Did I kick them off the site because they won too many items or because they spent too much money? Maybe they wouldnt change their name? Fourthly, how would you know who has or hasnt been banned from the site unless you are one of those people, therefore you have a grudge and think you can put it on the web anonymously.Guess what?

Third,(Thirdly) Jack Autry has given key players there are no key players. and friends that he grew up with Bids to help  LOL, Really, how would you know this? Have you seen our users list? Not a single person I grew up with is on our site and EVERY SINGLE PERSON including you have received free bids. From Registration, 20 free bids, buying your first bid package 10 free bids, buy 1 get 1 free, like Us on Facebook for 25 more, refer a friend for 25, buying bid packages, free bids. Actively participating, free bids prolong  the auction if you look at the history all of the major guns go for substantial amount of bids if you have followed the auctions while in progress the winners normally use well more then the gun is valued at just in bids. A. Only 1 winner has EVER used more bids than a particular item was worth and it was not a fire-arm, as per our own guidelines he received the excess bids back  Please refer to our rules and regulations and Ts and Cs as I recommended in my FaceBook post B. A bid unless in an incremental auction is worth 1 penny. A gun valued at $1000.00 would take 100,000 bids at a penny a bid. Please let me know when this happens. I will be selling the business or asking that person for a loan. C. Please let who ever wishes to bid more than an item is worth to continue to do so this is how I make money. Not everybody is going to win, its unfortunate we no longer teach this basic tenet in school anymore; there ARE going to be many instances in life when only one person can win.

Fourth,(Fourthly) When a (an) item or gun is auctioned off the serial number should be shown where you know he(WE at Shooter Auctions are deeply offended that you believe Jack Autry is the only one who runs this business) is not listing the same gun (or item?)  over and over because when you (you who?) and the winner always bids (bid) for the same gun and then you (you who?) loose (lose) 500 to 1000 bids and a week later the same gun comes back up there is some shady stuff happing (happening) or it goes on Gun Broker Do you really believe I have only 1 each in inventory? .Please feel free to post your name and address since you are accusing my company of Fraud. Its the least you can do.
