Shop America Network false promises the business that doesnt give a dam deceptive company ripoff not returning our stock (not samples), not fully paid for sales Miramar Florida
We were sold a dream that turned into a nightmare.
If it sounds too good to be true - it usually is - especially with Shop America Network involved.
We were contacted by email on 05/06/2002 saying 'WE WANT YOUR PRODUCT!
They, Peter Brill, salesman, and Jon Diamond, Vice President, conned $22,900 out of us for filming a 6 minute segment to sell our jewerly - what were our sales.......3 items!! We had sent over 4,000, (2 designs of pendant and earrings) to Florida as they were distributing them for us as it is easier than sending from Scotland, UK.
We were told by Lisa Allan Jones that the film company they use, DRTV, has No connection to SAN - but it does. It is owned by one of thier Presidents - John Kyle 11.
They have only returned some of our goods, and have only paid us for 2 sales. Lisa Allan Jones has admitted to still holding stock, but 3 weeks later still has not returned it.
I visited Lakeside Drive and it all seemed legitamite - I even saw the pile of 'rejected' goods by the 'focus teams'.
Please lets get together and STOP THEM!
