shop N.B.C. internet sales no custmer service..they take your monry and run, Internet
after internet purchase was recd and found not to be in working order,icalled the mfr per note in package....no help tough luck. i then called custmer service at shop NBC iwastold i could pay to return item and she hung up, warning save your money.
