shop4deals.ca Have been waiting 6 weeks for delivery of Vitamin, have managed to speak with representative but always has an excuse, promised refund two weeks ago still no refund or product or tracking number Pointe-Claire Quebec
Ordered Vitamix on line on July 15th, 2015. paid in full by phone on July 16th, credit card . was told that it would take 2 weeks for delivery. Waited one month for delivery or tracking number then tried to contact company by phone and email. No response for two weeks. Then I was told that the item had been returned to company because the mailing address was incorrect. I was instructed to check address, which I did, and it was correct. waited another week still no vitamix. Last corespondence promised that the item was picked up for deliver at 2:25 pm on August 25th. waited a week still no vitamix no news. last week was offered a refund. still no refund.

Was promised a refund by Shop4deals on August 31st......still nothing......made several attempts to contact them......no reply......
