I got an email for a coupon for Red Lobster and I clicked on it and it took me to different windows of things I may be interested in. I clicked very few in each window.

I clicked the "Danielle Janine" jewerly because it said that the first item would be $9. I did read that if you don't cancel than you would be charged a "club" fee of $68 a month. I kept track of the time and did recieve my item and was charged at first just the $9. Then a few days later, I was charged $68. I called to cancel and request a refund. I told the operator that I'd keep the necklace for the $9 charge but I wanted the $68 back. He said my membership would be cancelled and I'd get a refund back in APRIL 2009!.

I called again after a bit and was told that their "refund system" was down and it would take a few days. I just called back this past week (6 July 2009) and they said it would be refunded by the end of the week. I also did receive a cancellation e-mail with a number which I've kept. I will call again tomorrow morning (10am central standard time).
