ShopNBC is a RIPOFF! They STEAL your Credit Card info and CHARGE for items NOT ORDERED! AND THEY DON'T REFUND MONEY for items RETURNED! ripoff business from hell Minneapolis Minnesota
ShopNBC is a LIEING,STEALING,UNETHICAL company.They have charged my credit card for items NOT ordered,charged me for some STUPID Cooking Club I NEVER authorized,and they OWE me THOUSANDS of Dollars in REFUNDS from 4 MONTHS AGO!The hosts LIE and exaggerate retail values,and they send BROKEN,DAMAGED Merchandise.
An example of this is item #J111929.A diamond ring that Lynne Shachter,Laura Duffek and other hosts presented and LIED saying the RETAIL was over $10,000!!!selling for $1599.99.The Graphics SHOWED a retail value of OVER $10,000 DOLLARS!Lynne and Laura and the other hosts SWORE the rings retail was @$10,265.00 and to get it now as it will sell out.
I,like a FOOL,bought it. They then sold them out in like 5 min and they said they only had size 7,and that the ring would NEVER be back if you did not buy it NOW!(A Speical deal they said from their buyers,yea right!). On the side of the gallery are three round cut diamonds in bezel settings. The total diamond weight is approximately 1.53ct and the setting size is 1/4" x 9/16". Princess cut diamonds are specially cut to have 100 facets each - for a total of 1000 facets!

The only way to kinda get something done around that place is to ask to speak with a supervisor. They sometimes work but rarely do because half the time they have no idea what they are doing because they are just as stupid and unorganized as the customer service reps. themselves.
