Shopper Local RTN Network Eli Global SCAM BE AWARE!! EMPLOYEE durham North Carolina
BEWARE of this company. SHOPPER LOCAL now. Was RTN Network. They changed their name often because they scam businesses into thinking they have corrected old company issues. THEY HAVE NOT!
I am a Regional mgr. in NC and looking everyday for a new job. We hire new people all the time in sales. We were asked to write new reviews on glassdoor, etc. because there were so many bad reviews from employees and customers. However, the old reviews are exactly what is happening. DO NOT work for this company. They will take you for a ride, take your money, train you to sell their services a certain way but not produce these services to customers. Also, things you are trained to promise a customer always changes such as cancellations and auto renewals.
Soon Shopper Local will become a new name and it starts all over again. New people hired will think this is a great company to work for until the scam moves into plan B. Then new people will run and be searching for a new job too. Its a never ending story and so wrong that they have been getting away with it for years.
Management within this company is horrible. Hardly anyone does their job because so many of us are looking for another job. Sadly that hurts our customers and if and when i get away from this company, I will spill ALL. I'm ashamed of what i do but i have to support my family until i find another job.
