Either by completing a survey or taking the $$ off offer. You just failed to pay attention to the disclosures that were there telling you that you would be signed up. PAY ATTENTION WHEN INTERNET SHOPPING AND THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. Go back to the website and go read the info - you CHOSE TO IGNORE when you placed your order.
