This company somehow obtained my info and card info and my grandmothers!!! She cant even use the internet!!! They billed me $19.95 and said it was a subscription. I called their # and they held for a rep for 30 mins until he finally got on the phone and gave me a HUGE run around and even gave me the wrong web address!!! I read the web address back to him exaclty as I typed it in while he was on the phone and he confirmed it wrong..TWICE.
When I fonally went to the right site it was completely unhelpful. He FINALLY agreed to cancell my member ship and then refund my money but when I asked for his name aand ID # and a cancelation confirmation # he gave me the name EJ and the same confirmation number as his ID Number!! BEWARE and REPORT this company!!! GET THEM the PRISON terms the DESERVE!!!
