We paid her the full amount to help us out with our Loan Modification. Once she got the full payment, we didn't hear back from her. We alo found out that our mortgage company didn't not recived the complete documents that they needed form us. Marie won't tell you what will happen during the loan modification process. It's hard to egt a hold of her. We fired her as she is VERY incompetent and Unreliable. DO NOT WASTE your MONEY and TIME hiring her. You will be sorry. I am speaking based on my worst experience dealing with her. Not sure if she's on drugs or what. Everytime I call her up, she can't get a straight answer.

Please report Shore Management Solutions to the FTC, Attorney General's Office, HUD (Housing and Urban Development Fraud Dept., etc.) She promises to help save your home from foreclosure, but after taking $3,000.00 your will end up losing your home.  She promises a loan modification or a mortgage reduction - but she never delivers.  Report this company because she will not issue a refund even after one is requsted!  She will sit back and laugh while you lose your home to foreclosure.

Marie Deary will threaten you with calling the police, when she's the one who stole the money($3,000.00)  from homeowner's desperately trying to save their homes from foreclsoure.

Report this company to your local TV station, newspapers, etc.  Shore Management Solutions is a scam!  Don't waste your time on the ripoffreport.com - but make a difference so that no one else is scammed in the future by this company and report Marie Deary of Shore Management Solutions to the FTC, your local Attorney General and your local Dept. of Real Estate.

Hopefully after she is reported you will get a refund or some sort of judgement against her and Shore Management Solutions.

Please do not post the personal, privileged information that was necessary to have you attempt to perform work on my behalf, most of which is incorrect or misleading.  I am concerned it may cause personal and financial damage. 
 
I became aware that you had posted the statement:  "I challenge any person who paid any money to Shore Management Solutions and did not receive the highest quality of service; a full refund within twenty four hours."
 
I questioned it due to the final court judgment against SMS which, after many months, you have not paid:  Does that include a full refund that was ordered by the court after you exhausted all your appeals??

I wanted to know if your statement was saying "If you are not completely satisfied with the work we do for you, we will provide a refund."  OR   "You may ask for a refund but if we think we gave you the highest quality service, you will not receive it."   I think anyone who is thinking about using your services should be aware of the difference.
 
I think your reaction to my simple and fair question was a complete overreaction and I again ask you to remove it.  I believe any one seeing this will wonder if they will wind up in the same situation by having their confidential information made public if they retain your services.  They may question your professionalism. .
 
In the mean time, as long as this information and/or misinformation is able to be viewed by the public, I feel I must provide the truth in a rebuttal.  Therefore, anyone interested in observing the documents which proves this information to be incorrect and deceiving, may contact me personally. We may then ask you, Marie, to provide documents that back up your claims such as; your and the banks repeated requests for documents which I allegedly did not provide;  any evidence that you obtained the modification (the trial period does not guarantee a modification);  the alleged "over 100 rambling emails" which were "hostile";  the alleged agreement between us for a $500 refund;  any proof that I was "expelled" from the Democratic Club which I was one of the co-founders of.

At Shore Management Solutions we pride ourselves on always going through every option for our clients.  This is a two way street.  We rely upon the client to provide us with timely documents to finalize modifications.  In this case however, we will defend ourselve against clients who refuse to pay for a modification which was completed successfully.  Here are the facts of this particular case.

The client, David Chiabaudo and his partner, Max Daigdigan signed up with Shore Management Solutions in September 9, 2009.  He came to us because he had a hardship with affording his monthly mortgage payment of $3500 per month.  Working closely with his lender, we finally got him into a trial modification on February 1, 2010 for $1332.95.  During that period of time (the three month period) he was supposed to provide us with crucial documentation.  Specifically the lender asked for his 2010 taxes.  He provided us intially with the EXTENSION for 2010.  So, during the three month period of time he was repeatedly requested to provide his final, filed 2010 taxes.  This was essential for the lender to close out his modification.  We understood that the client had an issue filing his taxes because he owed money to the IRS.

Unfortunately, the client did not provide his taxes to us in a timely manner and his mortgage fell out of the modfication.  Soon thereafter, his mortgage returned to normal status.  However, because of this new status his mortage now showed as delinquent and at risk for foreclosure.   This is when he blamed Shore Management Solutions for NOT obtaining a loan modification.  He became agressive, angry and belligerent through hostile emails.  During this time, we logged over 100 rambling emails which revealed him to have a truly obessessive, compulsive type of personality. 

Although it was our hard work which obtained the original modification, which was only not finalized because of the tax returns he DID NOT provide, we did agree to a $500 dollar refund out of good faith.  He did cash the check and we believed we had fulfilled our obligation.  In the client's eyes however, he began to read information that led him to believe that he was entitled to a full refund because he believed we didn't obtain the modification.

Soon thereafter, he took us to small claims court.  Because we did not appear (we were working to stop several sale dates and we felt this was priority) , he won a default judgement.  Even though he failed to let the courts know that he had already agreed to accept a $500 refund.  He accepted in February 2011 and cashed shortly thereafter. 

This is coming from a person in our community who started the "Yes We Can Democratic Club" in Long Beach and we encouraged him to have his meetings in our office building and were happy to do so.  Even within his own organization, his own members found him difficult and rigid to work with and actually expelled him from the very organization he founded.  So this is a person that is not only angry with Shore Management Solutions, his anger spreads even to the very community he claims to be committed to.

This report was filed and continues to be filed by a former employee.  Aside from not being an actual client (which is in violation of Rip Off Report guidelines), the statements are completely untrue.  We work diligently for all of our clients and pride ourselves on the personal relationships we develop with each one.  I know that this former employee had multiple personal and financial challenges during the time she was here.  Because of the nature of our business, the majority of our clients are in similar situations.  As a result, we have the utmost empathy for this former employee and only wish her the best in her personal and professional life.

We paid her the full amount to help us out with our Loan Modification. she's on drugs or what.  Everytime I call her up, she can't get a  straight answer.  I would nominate her as the Queen of Scam in Long Beach.
