Showtime Casting ripoff, liars, no refund when promised Oceanside California
I basically saw the ad in the paper called them up and signed up and all. Then I decided I didn't want to do it after they had not gotten a user name and password set up for me. So I called them and they told me it was going to be refunded after the 30 day trial, and this was on Aug. 9, 2004, and it is now Dec, 12, 2004 and still no money.
I have called them a number of times, from my cell phone at that becuse its my only phone, so I was wasteing minutes every time. It was about 30 min each phone call before I got some one. They have told me that they tried to refund through my account, and it wasn't there, and then they said they mailed me a check, nothing, then tried my account again and nothing. I have filed a dispute with my bank and they have found nothing as well.
So, yes I agree with every one else that some thing should be done about this, I could use the $139 to pay some bills right now.
