They guys promise you the moon during training talking about how much money you can make. Then you find out that you have to travel around like a d**n gypsy to other locations across the country to sell because their name is usually so bad in the local area that nobody will do business with them. Bill Gigax is an absolute liar during training.

I don't know the guy that this is about....But the guy that is the manager for the north Florida area doesn't do things any better. His name is Gary Hoerloin. He and his wife are Bonnie and Clyde. He hires people to work for him and uses them as a way to get leads for himself. It is like having 5 people out there doing your dirty work. You find a customer that wants a sign. He goes in and closes the deal. He doesn't teach anyone how to do art because that would mean you dont need him. He has to be needed so he can go in and write up the sale. That's why he is in the top sales performers. Wouldn't you be, if you had a group running around to find people that need signs....Gary Hoerloin, St. Augustine, Fl. It is like paying your manager for help. Nice guy! I would recommend another job. He also has his wife working for him and teaching classes. She preaches how ethical they all are. They get you sucked in to go find all those customers. If you want to do his work and not get paid for the sale yourself, these are your people. They go to church to pray for forgiveness on Sunday, after they have taken advantage of their sales force all week. What a great team they are. To get back to the original comment on here, he's been with this company for years, too. What does that tell you? Are they all theives?

Professional and Honest?

If you are professional and honest as you say you are why are you afraid to leave your name. Obviously you have no problem sullying someone elses name while you remain anonymous. You would likely fail at this business if you tried to represent yourself in public the way you do it here. I have researched this company and I can tell you I can find far more positive things about it than I can negative. I can also tell you that I have met Bill Gigax and he is nothing like you have described here. You are just angry that you cant get up at noon and work til 3:30p.m. in your own little perfect world and make a living. I would make you a bet that you wouldnt call someone a liar to their face but rather you would find some website that gives you anonynimity and you are oh so gallant and brave. Professional and Honest are not words that you need to be throwing around so loosely. You need to learn the meaning of those words before you post so boldly on a site that is there for everyone to use and one that can also be used to tout a company or person rather than run them down. It would also be interesting know how you are so knowledgeable about a companies , and an individuals reputation that you have never worked for, have not researched, and basically do not care knowing about. Signtronix turns out 7 signs per hour. If they only do that 8 hours per day 5 days per week that is 17,680 signs per year. I have only seen 28 reports here and some of those are closeto 3 years old. Id say that out of over 50,000 signs made and sold in the last 3 years that is not significant as far as the integrity of this company. Out of these 28 reports some of thes folks are really the ones at fault. Some are the fault of salespeople that are less than professional and honest. Bill Gigax has been with the company 25 years and has won many awards and made a ton of sales. If he were anything like what you have said here ()Mr. whoever you are) chances are he would not be in a position to hire people who are legitimately interested in going to work and having a career with a company that has been in business for 45 years.
