Silverfalls Dermatology, I pray that you can become more honest with customers at your medical buisness. Honesty is the best policy. If you make a mistake, don't pass it over to a company that works for you that trys to get rid of a person that has a legit reason for a complaint. A good business would not lie and would work with a customer that was damaged in some way in your buisness. You will have more respect in the long run if your honest.
