Be vigilant and never allow any procedure by the staff of this clinic, without a second opinion.
These doctors are protected against any wrong doing by their insurance company, owned by doctors. If you do not have the financial resources (six figures) to fight these people in court, go somewhere else.
They performed nasal surgery on me and caused a complete collapse of my nose. They somehow made Medicare pay for cosmetic surgery, and breached our oral contract. We were quoted $500.00 for the procedure and they billed Medicare close to $2,000.00. Medicare does not seem to care to pursue fraud.

I was visiting Salem and need a Derm and had no trouble scheduling even though all Doctors don't take Medicare. I had my skin problem taken care of and hope one day Silver Falls opens in Tennessee. I was taken at my appointed time which is unheard of at most Dr offices. I don't know who wrote a bad review but I'm sure he is the kind of guy who yells at kids who are on his lawn.
