Silverbell Inn Wouldn't give me shampoo extra pillows or towels. How was I supposed t wash my hdit? Tucson Arizona
When we first arrived, the room smelled horrible and was filthy. I felt like we had entered Bates Motel. We got a new room that seemed decent. It was very hot until the AC circulated, so we wanted to take a shower. There was no shampoo, only one washcloth and two very small towels. I called the front desk to ask for shampoo, two extra pillows and some more shower linens. The attendant informed me that they have no shampoo and said we weren't allowed to have more pillows or towels. There were no tissues in the room, no local tourism info or even a pad of paper with a pen. I will tell all of my travel friends to NEVER stay here.

Yes, I agree the hotel was an absolute mess but now that there is new management and ownership, give us a second chance. We are an economy hotel so please dont expect the Court Yard Inn, but the staff and I try very hard to see that each guest leaves with a much more positive attitude towards the Silverbell Inn than that of past years. Thank you very much Manager
