I was contacted by Derek of SilverBirch Inc on May 14th 2008. He offered to help if I emailed him my Cell Phone number and the name of my service provider to remove the $9.99 monthly charge from my business cell phone. Since I have emailed Derek of SilverBirch, I have not recieved any acknowledgement from SilverBirch Inc that the charges were removed from my business account. So I am still not sure if Derek has done anything. I woud like to know or get confirmation that the charges were removed from the account
