Silvicom Criminal tax deductions withholding earning statement Melrose Park Illinois
This company is a bunch of criminals involved in all kinds of criminal activity, tax fraud. Deductions from employee pay checks for expenses a company driver is not responsible for such as preventative maintenance, they will have you drive their commercial trucks back to there maintenance facility no matter how big the problem with no regards for your safety they will find a way to deduct pay from you to pay for truck maintenance costs. They will not put bags of chains on the trucks in winter time they donot answer phones after hour's for any reason. Most trucks have defective batterys and other problems but look new probably auction picks or 3 Rd party investors money for profit thru money desired from honest hard working truck drivers who have been unfortunate to work for this company. Driver will have to pay tolls and maintenance out of pocket to never be reimbursed money you never see again. They will short you a ridiculous amount of miles on earning statements and put down you have been reimbursed for tolls and other expenses you are not responsible for. They will send you to Melrose park once a month for maintenance and not fix anything, they employee undocumented immigrants for in house maintenance who are not technician's.
They have been running illegal log books for years and force drivers to drive well over 11 hrs. Now that they have ELD mandate in place they will have problems and most likely blame drivers for their cheap elog equipment. This is a company that has been running illegitimately for years as far as dot laws and regs. On every inspection you will be informed by dot officer this company has a csa score of 99 one point away from shut down.
This is the worst trucking company in the industry I am willing to bet my hands and feet on it. Probably the worst employer in America, 3 Rd world work conditions very dangerous truck company to be associated with. They lie non stop if you are able to get a hold of someone. The more time you spend working for Silvicom the more problems financially you will have. They will attack your paychecks in the most unimaginable ways. In the end you will get charged for normal wear n tear in their trucks from pick ups in place's where real truck companys will not go for pick ups. I put 400,000 miles on one of there trucks and they charge me detailing the truck and washing the truck after I quit for there dishonest thievery and work ethics of lieing cheating and stealing from every truck driver working for Silvicom. Every person at their office 1301 w armitrage Ave Melrose park il. Is a thieving leach liar. I garentee you get the same exact story from every truck driver currently employed there and the ones fortunate to quit suck as myself. I don't think they fire cdl truck drivers at this company since you will be basically driving for them for free their earnings are 110% profit as long as you can pick up a load, any expenses to drop off you the driver will never recover beware.
