Simmons Beautyrest Simmons Beautyrest Simmons "Black" collection......... Their premier triple strand coil is BOGUS Internet
We bought a Simmons Beautyrest "Black" series Helena model pillow top mattress. It has THREE stranded wire coils to insure great bac support. After about a month the bed started to feel like one of those Florida SINK HOLES you see so often on the news. The mattress is a "no flip" so we did the head to to turning as instructed... doesn't matter. The pillow top design completely compresses and doesn't return to normal-- EVER and the WARRANTY..may as well be non-existant. When NOY laying in the bed... looks fairly normal....burt when IN the bed it SAGS SO MUCH it CAUSED BACK PAIN. The center of the bed is a HUMP now. I am 5'7 and 132......not what you would call a hog of a mattress destroyer. Simmons wont honor warranty unless the bed remains sunk without a person in it.....joke is on all of us.......... we have to be pro-active and force a recall of these Simmons beds. Our original Simmons Beautyrest was O L D and still much more comfortable than this piece of KRAP. DO NOT BUY any simmons products.... they are NOT the same as they used to be in quality.... like a popover....... looks nice and fluffy on the outside........nothing inside.
