We purchased a Simmons Sulton/Low Profile mattress on 8/13/03. This mattress cost us 2955.00. We paid that thinking we were getting the "top of the line" mattress. NOT SO. This mattress has been sagging on both sides with a huge hump in the middle of the bed. This even shows when we make the bed. We complained and sent photographs and they sent us a letter stating this.."Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to assist you with you Simmons product. Simmons ofers a limited warranty and strives to be as fair as possible when evauluating warranty claims. In assessing your claim, we found no structural failure in either the mattress or box springs/foundation. In addition, the compaction of the panels in this style of bedding is to be expected. The compression does not affect the procduct's durability. As with other beds of this type, the thicker and more luxrious the filling materials, the more susceptible they are to compaction. This is not considered a defect. The mattress is contouring to the shape of your body. As result we are unable to offer a replacement because the product is performing normally. We appreciate you giving us the opportuity to assist you."
My husband and I are just sick about this and want everyone to know that SIMMONS is a bad bed AND a bad company. They do NOT stand behind their product. We will never ever buy from them again. Just wanted to warn all of you innocent people out there. We wish we had been warned.

We used the Rip Off Revenge book to the fullest. I sent them a letter telling them what I was going to do if they didn't do something about our mattress. We sent the letter registered mail and I received a letter from them promptly. They are replacing our mattress and we are HAPPY. THANK YOU RIP OFF REPORT.....You are the best thing that ever happened to us! We will tell everyone we know about you!!! The book was worth the money...Keep up the good work!
