Simon Malls Simon Gift Account is a Ripoff. No customer service!! Indianapolis Indiana
On 11-28-08 I purchased a Simon Gift Account for $407.00. Their website states that the funds would be available almost instantly. Since that time I have contacted customer service three times. Each time I was told there was nothing they could do to help me and I would have to wait for a confirmation e-mail to be delivered showing the gift account was ready for pick up. I have yet to receive that e-mail.
On my third call I was given the number for risk management and I have attempted to contact them three times as well. Each time I call I receive a voice mail, during business hours, and I'm instructed to leave a message. I have received one call back, which was a message, and after calling back within minutes received their message again.
It has been over one week now and I have over $400 that is inaccessible to me during the Christmas season.
I am very dissatisfied with this program I can assure you I will never purchase another one of their products and I will recommend to others that they not purchase from them as well.
