Simonson Foreign Car Service finally got their lawyer to put their lies together in order to cover their lack of transparency, integrity, and decency. What Simonson forgot to inform their lawyer is that they put both Hans and Dan Simonson's name on their business card. If Hans hasn't been working there for the past 9 years, why is Han's name still on the business card? This further explains how untrustworthy Simonson Foreign Car Service is. They've accused me of being twisted and forgetful. When the truth of the matter is, Dan identified himself as the owner and never told me what his name was but only gave me his business card. Whenever I called and asked for Hans, Dan would come on the phone and never corrected me. It's confusing to me why Simonson Foreign Car Service would leave Hans name on the card unless they purposely wanted to deceive their customers. I am in the service business myself and I would never treat a customer the way that Simonson Foreign Car Service treated me. He was rude and condescending. I went to Simonson Foreign Car Service for an oil change, but the moment I mentioned the dashboard lights to be checked, that became their opportunity to screw me with my eyes wide open. On his attorney's rebuttal, he tried to explain through his mechanical jargons how he tried to rob me. The fact is, Dan Simonson put an $800 part in my car that I NEVER AUTHORIZED HIM TO PUT IN MY CAR. As far as addressing the invoice, I will save my comments for my day in Court. I urge the public to STAY AWAY FROM SIMONSON FOREIGN CAR SERVICE IN HOLLYWOOD,FL. THE "OWNER DAN SIMONSON" IS AN ARROGANT PATHOLOGICAL LIAR. THEY'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS OF ROBBING PEOPLE FOR 27 YEARS. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE, CHECK YOUR INVOICES. REMEMBER, ASK FOR DAN, NOT HANS-EVEN THOUGH HANS IS ON THE BUSINESS CARD.

I am shocked by this unjust, unmerited and undeserved appreciation of Simonson's expertise, proficiency and competency and totally diverge with the undignified comments on Mr. Simonson's integrity, honorability and honesty (by the way the company is run today by Mr. Danny Simonson, and the Hans Simonson that is mentioned on this grievance may have been a former director of the firm who, I believe, has been retired of this business for more than 8 or 9 years). I do reiterate that during the number of years that my vehicles have been serviced by Simonson Foreign Car my experience has been of the highest transparency on the repair agreements and the superior service received; I have always attained from this company full fairness on their estimates and the fees charged by Simonson have been always on line or somewhat below the going market rates. I agreeably have recommended Simonson Foreign Car Service to my relatives and friends as a reliable and honest professional company to conduct business with. Simonson certainly raises the vehicle servicing standards bar in the Hollywood/Hallandale/Ft. Lauderdale area. My name is Salomon and you may contact me for further confirmatory comments on Simonson at (((ROR REDACTED))). Thank you. Hollywood,#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

This is in response to a report posted by a forgetful and mistaken customer. First, let me start off by saying that Simonson Foreign Car Service has been in business for 27 years and is a family owned business. However, Hans Simonson has been retired for over 9 years and has never had any dealings with Moses (the customer who filed this false report). I am Danny Simonson and I am the one who dealt exclusively with the customer. The customer came to me and asked for an oil change and to repair the rear tail lights on his car and most importantly, asked if I could fix his ABS/DSC problem that two other shops were unable to repair. After diagnosing the problem, I called the customer and told him that the computer faults for the ABS/DSC showed that the car needed a new stop light switch, a new pressure sensor, and possibly a new control unit, which costs over $700 alone. I explained that I would try to replace the two cheaper parts first and see if I could reset the faults and I would let him know the outcome, to which he agreed to all of this. A few hours later, after installing the two cheaper parts, I called him up and told him that the two out of the three faults were erased from the computer. However, the fault showing that the computer was bad was not erasable from the fault memory of the computer, however the other two faults did erase. I told him that we must install the new computer in his car and he gave me full permission to do so. Upon completion of installing the computer and coding it to the car, all the problems in the ABS/DSC system were gone and everything was functioning perfectly in the system. I totaled out the bill as per my estimate and I then called the customer and told him that the car was ready for pickup. The next day he came to pick up the car and the bill, which was approximately $1500. His response to the bill was that he did not remember the conversation that we had the previous day, in which he gave me the go ahead to repair the car. I would also like to add that he signed the repair order, checking off the box that he does not request a written estimate as long as the bill did not exceed $2000. More importantly, I would also like to mention that common sense will you tell that I would not be working on his ABS/DSC if he had not asked me to do so. Moses' facts of the entire incident are twisted and incorrect, just the fact that he says that he spoke with Hans will tell you that he is mistaken from the beginning. I am not responsible for what he can and cannot remember or what he chooses to forget. You cannot stay in business for 27 years, in the same location, with the same phone number, if you treat people the way that this customer says I did.
