We are a document preparation and filing service that strives to succeed by providing intuitive proprietary forms, clear help content, quick processing times, and quality customer service. My assumption is that what happened in your case is one of two things:
1- Our e-mail(s) to you may have been filtered to your spam or bulk mail folder.
2- Or, you may have accidentally mis-typed your e-mail address on our site. This isn't to say that anything is your fault, it is just simply something we all do sometimes.
