Simple Filings (Hemeris corp) Charged $187.00 for EIN astill #1 in Google search engine lookup for "new EIN" Internet, Internet
I used this service because it was lsited #1 in the Google search engine. Charged $187.00 for a 5 minute form. I never recived acknoldgement from them thereafter and had to call IRS on my own to determine the filing status.IRS offered service free with identical paperwork filing.

1- Our e-mail(s) to you may have been filtered to your spam or bulk mail folder.
2- Or, you may have accidentally mis-typed your e-mail address on our site. This isn't to say that anything is your fault, it is just simply something we all do sometimes.
In either case, a call or e-mail to us to alert us to the issue would have resulted in a quick correction.
