I read 50% of the reports against simple mobile and mine is similar. I just paid my bill and they cut my data and messaging off. They will not credit or refund me! They use a call center in India because its very cheap to have uneducated foreigners talk on the phone to you about nothing pertinent. I've had problems with them for over a year and I am done with them, back to T-mobile, at least they seem like they understand that the customer has options on cellular service providers. Simple mobile reps will give you the runaround and they are not knowledgable and cannot control any type of functions from their office or control center. Their basic job is to simply talk to you and that's about it. They will not refund, credit, or comp anything. Is there anyone I can talk to regarding this? Who do we complain to? I am ready to take part in a class action law suit so let me know.

I was about to give up on my phone until I found this email address for SIMPLE Mobile and they actually fixed all my problems. Now, I am glad I decided to give it another try.
