Simple RTO LLC High way robbery Midvale Utah
When I first got approved for this loan they gave me my weekly amount I told the representative that I wanted monthly was never told that I would have to call in to make extra payments to pay it off in ninety days. Called to see what my balance was and the amount I owe now has more then double they took me from 1320.00 to 2732.56. That is just high way robbery and something needs to be done about this company and when I called and spoken with the supervisor about the issue she was so rude and ignorant and I explains to her that that was never explained to me and if you know that it has to be paid off in ninety days why did you set my payments so low because they knew what they were doing that is how they profit off of people. I also said okay since I was not explained about the extra payments can you lower my monthly payments she was like No the payments will stay the same .
