Simplex.com I attempted to buy bitcoin cash, ethereum, and litecoin through this site and waited almost a week while the charge was pending. In the meantime, the values all went up each about 50% over the course of the week. Then I received an email that the charges were canceled due to "changes in the BTC rate". (Isn't that the whole point?) I nor my bank did not disapprove this purchase. Let me make that crystal clear. THEY DID. They told me I'd have to purchase them again at the increased rate and refused to simply duplicate the purchase that we agreed on, despite a disclaimer on their website that "all purchases are final".
