Simplx.com has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this individual has stated.
First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state.
The customer claims that they called into our office and could not reach a live person. Either the customer called when all of our operators were assisting other customers or the customer called after business hours. The customer fails to mention what time of day they called in at. Our company, just like any other company, has standard operating business hours, and is located in the Mountain Time Zone. If this customer called in outside those business hours, then the customer would never receive an answer to his call, he would only be sent to voicemail. If the customer failed to leave their contact information in the voicemail then it would be impossible for our company to know how to contact this customer and we would not be able to reach them.
This customer explains that their money was taken away, but fails to include details of what charges occurred which were not authorized. Simplx never charges any customers without previous authorization. We can provide documented evidence for each customer which receives a charge from our company, and we can provide documented authorization for each charge which takes place.
The Simplx model of dropshipping provides customers with discounts at over 1,900 different merchants/suppliers, and these discounts are off whatever price is listed on these supplier's website.
Simplx merchants/suppliers give up to 30% back off whatever price is listed on their websites, not just the retail price, as this individual has falsely stated. Yes, there are some suppliers who give lower discounts in the 1% to 5% range, but Simplx has setup partnerships with over 1,900 merchants/suppliers, and a majority of them provide discounts of over 10%.
The Simplx website does state that you can receive up to 65% off the retail price, and using the Simplx service you can absolutely do so. Many of our suppliers offer great discounts on their websites, sometimes up to 30% off retail already, then provide Simplx with another 35% as well, for a total of 65%. Simplx can confirm this promised discount amount and will firmly stand by this statement.
Because our service requires the customer to work and have access to several resources in order for our services to be utilized properly, we require customers to fill out an application, which is reviewed before any customer can sign-up. Simplx does not want to sell our services to any customer which cannot utilize them.
We receive several hundred applications each day, and in order to separate those who are legitimately interested, versus those who are just seeking information, we provide an application fee for those who are legitimately interested. Our application fee is optional, meaning we do not require the application fee in order to fill out the first two pages of the application. Only customers who are legitimately interested should apply and pay the application fee.
The exact words on the application fee payment page are as follows:
Because of the number of applications we receive each day, we have recently implemented a non-refundable $19.95 application fee. Application fee includes 30 day review of Simplx program information and additional benefits.
As stated in the information above, the application fee goes to pay for a review of the Simplx program. Additional benefits include a rushed application.
Again, Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised, and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects, and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we encourage customers to provide feedback on their experience with Simplx. Customers can know that any feedback or complaints they would like to send to Simplx can be done so via email at [email protected] Simplx can usually provide responses to any complaints within 1 business day to any customer who submits a complaint at this email address. We are confident we can resolve your concern or complaint, even if we need to provide free products or services to do so.
