Simply Discount Furniture unimaginative bad service Santa Clarita, California
This should be the name of this company. I have bought here before many times without any problems. However, this time is different and it will be the last. I purchased a sofa and love seat that needed to be ordered. I was told that the product would be delivered within 10 days. On the 9th day I called to confirm the items would be here. They informed me it would take two weeks longer and that their normal delivery is 10 working days. I told them I wanted to cancel my cash paid order!! and they said NO! they do not do refunds. I stated to have my things delivered during the stated 4 hour time window. It never showed up, so I called the dispatch office and they said it would be deliver before 11:30 pm....not acceptable. They stated I would need to contact Simply Discount in the morning. I will gladly and I will also tell EVERYBODY I KNOW AND DON'T KNOW....NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY........as I will never again. I plan on picketing outside their place of business on my days off just to make my point.
