I am truely sorry that Sue Roth felt that way. Most of this issue was a problem in miscommunication on who was responsible for doing what, and her coupon was to be presented at the time I bid the job, not the end (however, this was not printed on my coupon, and therefore Sue was reimbursed for it). We pride ourselves on our work, and truely want a solid reputation. one complaint in over 5 years is not bad...but it still bothers me.
I have plenty of happy customers that I can use as references if you are interested in getting an estimate.
I think Sue was agreeable to the outcome of our problem, and I'm hoping she removes this post. I would appreciate it.
