If you spoke with your attorney's you would know I called to obtain & offer information I had not seen Dave in about 20 years and ran into him again in November 2013, from What I've learned now, almost two years after Simply Windows and More went under.

Dave seemed like a good, honest, church going man. Yes, he had me fooled. Long story short I married Dave, for personal reasons, in April 2014.

Soon after I found out about you, and other situations I didn't approve of. I've been a part of his older child's life since birth & he also was humiliated, I was asked to help save Not just the family name for his kids & grandkids, but try to get Dave on the right path and Get his past rectified. Can't do that with a naurcassist, I had incorporated my company June 2014 and Left Dave 6 months later. I have done wonders since I started the business, yet will be Changing the name seeings Dave has now got his son David Jr a tax number and now Started Heyder and Sons Installation, I want no affiliation with either one of them, at all!!!

I could and would be happy to give you any and all Information I have, but ask for you to have some respect for other family members that were victims in this, they by far DO NOT condone Dave's actions.

If he wasn't trying to fight me for half of the marital assets that I worked hard for it'd be an easy Cheap divorce way past due! But since he's trying to take me too it's going to be pricey.

So, do know, my time with him was short lived because this and the patterned behavior.

If you are not affiliated with Dave Heyder in any way then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Let me present the facts below:

1) I have never done business with Heyder and Sons Construction Inc.

2) I was ripped off by Dave Heyder and have a judgment against him.

3) Dave has many other vendors that have filed suit against him (check www.judici.com, Tazewell county and search for his name)

4) There is only ONE Heyder and Sons Construction Inc listed on www.cyberdriveillinois.com of which Jennifer L. Heyder is shown as the agent with file number 69684807.

5) Heyder and Sons Construction Inc was formed 6 months after Dave Heyder involuntarily disolved Simply Windows And More, Inc.

6) Court records show that Jennifer L. Gresham married David Heyder, now Jennifer L. Heyder

7) Per the 2 links that I have shown earlier, Dave Heyder's name and contact information are listed in conjunction with Heyder and Sons Construction Inc.

If you connect the dots, the evidence points to Dave getting sued by many former vendors and customers, shuts down the business, marries Jennifer, has her open a business under her name with him listed nowhere on it, and continues doing business as usual thinking no one would ever find out.  Not to mention, Dave has bragged about doing this to mutual acquaintances who shared this information with me.  It doesn't take a genius to figure this out.

Again, I have never done business with Heyder and Sons Construction Inc...I have done business with David Heyder and, in fact, I have an $86,000 judgment against him personally as well as his now defunct company (public information and i would be happy to share the docket number with any one interested).  He as also found guilty of criminal fraud as a result of this case.  If you are doing business with ANY company and David Heyder is the person you are dealing with, you can exercise your own judgment as to whether or not you should continue dealing with him knowing his history of civil and criminal activity.

These are 100% facts, not opinion.  I welcome anyone to provide facts to the contrary.

If you read these reports the Company name says "Heyder and Sons" NOT "HEYDER AND SONS CONSTRUCTION INC" My address has never been the same as this "Dave" nor my phone number. I incorporatd this business on my own on another side of the business, I provide EXCELLENT customer service. I can verify I was no where near nor around David Heyder during and alligations of his previous or current business. He still runs Heyder and Sons YET THIS IS NOT MY BUSINESS!! 

Mr McCann I have already researched whom your attorneys are and you can rest assure I will be xontacting them, better yet I will have my CORPORATE Attornies contact them, see I'm not like Dave, I DO have money and I will come after you for costing me customers, I have a few I was able to save and come forward, they have also agreed to testify against you pertaining to YOU Linking MY COMPANY and NAME. Now can you rebuttle this! NO

Jennifer, if what you say is true then please explain how Dave Hyder's personal cell and home address are listed as the contact information for Heyder and Sons. go ahead and file your lawsuit. Make sure you are suing Dave Heyder for falsely using your name if indeed that is the case.

all of of the evidence online points to a tie between your company and David Heyder. 

My name is Jennifer Heyder, I started Heyder and Sons Construction Inc in July 2014. David Heyder is listed NO WHERE with or in my company. If the affiliation with my company and this report is not rectified, I will be filing a lawsuit for decimation. My company provides, excellent, honest and quality work! How dare you put my company name on this report without doing your research.
