SimplyPureNutra Deceptive advertising, it is not a free trial, long term commitment contract in terms ABERDEENS, SCOTLAND
I saw the ads for this online and was aware of the product Garcinia Cabogia prior, so the trial for the payment of $4.95 (I thought), was a good deal considering the product is available for $16-25 elsewhere on the internet. Of course I read the terms after I hit enter - DOH! Much to my horror you are agreeing to ~ $180 a month unlimited contract for each product you trial ... i.e. Garcinia and Cleanse (sold together).
Imbedded in several pages of their terms of service: "...You should receive your product within 2-3 business days after you've placed your order. If you feel the promotional product is not for you, cancel within 14 days from your order date to avoid the purchase fee of $89.95 and enrollment in the Exclusive Simply Pure Nutra Home Delivery Program which sends you a 1 month supply every 30 days starting approximately 30 days from the day of your initial order and bills you $89.95 plus shipping and handling of $4.95. To cancel at anytime call (877) 662-5186. ..."
I didn't trial the cleanse product and called right away to cancel my order. After waiting on hold ~10 minutes I spoke to a rep who did everything possible to convince me to keep the product. Only after insisting for 20 min I didn't want to enter into a long term commitment did I receive instructions how to cancel. They would not reverse my order at this time. To cancel is not easy and will cost you $35 + in shipping costs and probably about an hour of your time to obtain an RMA # via telephone, ship the product back with tracked signature, obtain proof of receipt, call again to provide the proof and then finally have your account terminated. Or you can cancel if you pay 50% of the purchase price ~$44, and not have to return the product. I agreed to the later. I expected to get confirmation via email but didn't receive it. They will not respond to account inquiries via email. So again I called and did get confirmation that my account will be cancelled on Aug 5th. So my $4.95 trial and slip of the finger cost me $44. (I hope).
I have received the product which is distributed by a co. in Utah (on the bottle) but their co. address from the website is in the UK (in Scotland). They also seem to have a secondary local distributor, as my product was shipped from North York PO Box (in Canada) where I am located.
This company is not doing anything illegal but I am filing this report with the hope that before you hit enter read the fine print. The trial is certainly not free. You can obtain Garcinia Cambogia cheaper elsewhere without all this hassle.

It seems like there is an epedemic of people getting ripped off from ALL of these type outfits. You are not alone, if you do not read VERY CAREFULLY everything on their web pages, you will end up in some kind of ridiculous expensive subscription and it's VERY hard to get cancelled.
This company is just one of many.
The companies that advertise on TV are doing the same thing.
Please folks, please please please, very carefully read EVERYTHING, or better yet don't order anything from any of these disgusting ripoff outfits.
They are almost as immoral as psychics who are truly the lowest of the low.
