Thank you for the generous response. It appears that you are standing by Sirena Moving. I am upset that I was promised that my move was going to be a set dollar amount and then you go and broker my move to the crooks of Sirena Moving. Robert Smith guaranteed that my move was not going to exceed a certain dollar amount. My move was more than Robert Smith promised. Put yourself in my shoes. Would that be acceptable for you? I don't think it would.
Why would someone want to meet a company at a weigh station that was rude to them and held their belongings hostage? It sounds like this procedure was created and offered to allow over charges from the broker and the company. Is it a coincidence that Sirena moving has over charged other customers exactly $1,900 for moves in the past? Funny, that is what I was over charged.
I still can't believe that All State condones and stands by the actions of Sirena Moving.
I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with Sirena Moving. See the links below.

Thank you for choosing All State Van Lines Relocation as your service provider for your recent move. We have reviewed your posting and we regret to hear of the events that occurred resulting in an unpleasant moving experience. It was always in our intention to provide our customers with the most exceptional service ensuring a smooth transition to their new surroundings as we understand how stressful relocation can prove to be, however, at times we may fall short of our ultimate goal.
The nature of the moving industry is one that is vulnerable to delay occurrences. Our contracts as drafted with this in mind as stated in the Terms and Conditions included in the documentation you received during your booking process. Please be aware that we make every effort in performing our customers' moves within the estimated moving dates as contracted. With this being said ,we apologize for your items not being delivered during the original date you were advised by the agent. However, our records indicate that delivery took place within your estimated dates.
In clarification of your mentioned concern with weight/cost and the estimate you received upon booking, a binding 'not to exceed cost' price was quoted based on the furniture list you provided to your moving coordinators upon booking and the total estimated weight generated, provided no additional services to be performed. As stated on the documentation you received from you booking representative, your total charges are based on actual weight or cubic feet size of the property. Your account confirms that you selected your items to be moved under the option of the actual weight of your shipment, therefore, this is why you were liable for the charges incurred for increased weight
Also, your account indicates that an due to your balance dispute a reweigh was mentioned to you as an option. This would be a way for you to fully witness the weighing of the truck given the fact that you disagreed with the final weight of your shipment. However, we notice that this offer was declined and you made payment in the amount that was provided to you.
All State Van Lines Relocation values your shared feedback and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences and frustrations that may have been caused. If you have any further questions please contact our office at your earliest convenience at 800-741-6837.
Sincerely,
All State Van Lines Relocation .
