We were hosting our website at SiteGround for about a year.  One day they suspended our site, saying there were virus activity.  We contacted them and they suggested a Scan by their 'Professionals' to clean out our hosting at $50 an hour.  We had no choice to agree.  After charging our card the fee $50 they did nothing and our site was still down.  We called again and after finally reaching someone they asked for $100 to $150 to fix the site and wouldn't let us talk with a technical person.  They asked us to go to their online support desk.  We asked them to delete our files from the server and just give us access to the database so we can rebuild the site from scratch.  They said we don't have the ability to do that ... just submit a request online...

After many unsuccessfully tries to get my site back up, I was only able to transfer the domain and get a new hosting with a new company.  I had to build the entire site again.

This company's staff are incompetent  ... you can't get the technical staff on the phone.  The only way to get through is hit 1 for sales and then you get a live person based somewhere offshore who has no 'authorization' to do anything useful.
