after making an initial enquiry of $1.97 on or around the 5th of jan. 2010 to access information about making money online i decided it was'nt for me so i never inquired nor visited the site again then on or around the 31st of jan. 2010 my bank account was debited $ 79.99 when i called about the money back guarantee i was told by an anthony i would received it within 7 - 10 business and even given a confirmation # 1301428 i called back on or around the 11th of feb. 2010 to inquire about the refund and was told by a tetra that there was some kind of error getting the refund back and i should recieve it within 7-10 business days and given another confirmation # 1290478 when i called on or around the 18 th of feb.2010 i was told by a manager /supervisor name erynn that my bank was the reason i have'nt recieved my refund and given another confirmation # 002146 and now when you call thier # 1 800 595-0723 all you get is a recording then disconnected so what other alternative/rights does a consumer have against this type of thievery by these internet company's who suck you in with a $ 1.97 promise?
