First of all, we are an exclusive showroom NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, not a retail store. We have never done business with any individual named James. It is by appointment only, and anyone who we do business with we know who they are and have records of. There are no "walk in" anonymous customers. The fictitious reporter "JAMES", said "Beware of these people". This is a typical and vague statement of someone who plainly wishes to do harm to a business, for whatever their motivation is. It's easy to post a anonymous report saying "worst experience" and "beware". I would welcome the opportunity for whomever reported this to come out in the open and present the truth.
