Skim-a-Round Waterdrop Pool Products, Naples FL Skim-A-Round All In One should be called SCAM-a-Round Naples Florida
Saw Facebook Ads for Skim-a-Round All In One skimmer basket device. Ordered it. Device arrived while my family and I were on vacation 7 days. Tried to use device. Followed all instructions includng adjustment "ring" for depth. Basket device has built-in foam in top. When suction of pool pump is NOT running, the basket floats up and becomes useless. When pool pump turns back on, regardless of how much we "adjusted" the ring on the outside of the device, the device does NOT pull back down to form the necessary seal on the pool skimmer basket. And therefore the device does NOT do what it is promised to do. In fact, it is a useless piece of white plastic. I contacted the company and spoke to their so-called Customer Service. They put us off on their "tech support" who tried to tell us we didn't "install" it properly. What a crock of crap! Bottom line is, the company said - because it has been 10 days since the All In One device had been delivered, they will not accept the return or refund our money. We are now ripped-off for $36.00 dollars for a worthless piece of plastic! Do Not Buy This Product. It does NOT work for all pools. And company will not refund your money! Stay away from the SCAM-a-Round All In One device.
