Skin Novela Eye Novela Scam, refusal of refund, ripoff Santa Ana Internet
I ordered the trial product. I had a family emergency that caused me to have to move away. This meant I had to take a leave of absence from work, which means I have literally no income right now. My bank account is empty. The very next day after I saw the charge on my account for $180 plus an overdraft fee, I immediately called. Customer service informed me there was nothing they could do, they had been paid their money, I was out of luck. The only thing they could do was cancel my "subscription". I don't even have the product, since I had moved, and still they would not do anything! I do not know where to go for help in this matter!
