SKIN OPULENT I cancelled my order and have been charged twice. They gave me the same excuse about 14 days even though I called to cancel the order they told me that i only requested cancellation of the eye product. over charged Fountain Valley, California Internet
Ordered on line; cancelled the order; received more product; advised them that I had cancelled the order and they advise me that they only cancelled part of the order and would not refund my money.
