Unfortunately we all let our guard down and fall prey to these miracle promising advertisements. Skin Royale is on the top of the list. However, my beef is not with the results it is with their sneaky tactics of draining your bank account for $176.90.

When I saw the charge on my bank account I immediately called customer service to rebut the charges. The customer service representative turned out to be no more than a robot repeating the same information, 'I'm sorry mam but the charges are valid as stated on the terms and conditions'. She claimed that the terms indicated that I had 14 days to try the product and on the 15th I was to be charged. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor or manager arguing that in order to try out a product I would need to have it in hand to use and this put me still within the 14 period. She would "go talk to a supervisor" and come back with an offer. The first one she was "authorized" to give me was for 25% of the &176.90.

In the end and after quite a heated discussion with her, I was able to get my full refund. Who authorized this is still a mystery since when she had finally agreed to get a supervisor on the phone she informed me that it would be a 2 -3 hour wait since the supervisor was SO busy. Yes, you can imagine my response to that. Although I did acknowledge that they probably were very busy since I could hear in the background the room-full of representatives on the phone addressing my same issue with other customers. I refused to wait and demanded to speak to him immediately, afterall hadn't she been negotiating with him my refunds? Nope, no suprevisor ever got on the line.

I think the blow that got me my money back was that I pulled up the terms and conditions on thier website and read back to her exactly what it said. Much to her surprise it actually states that you are given 17 days [not 14] to try out the product and if you do not cancel on the 17th day you will be charged, HA! That put me well within the trial period. This was after accusing me of not reading the fine print!  She put me on hold one last time and came back saying that I would be getting a full refund. Go figure. I asked for a confirmation number and an email confirmation regarding my account cancellation. Although I did get a confirmation number for the refund and the cancellation email I am still not singing complete victory until I get the  the money back into my account. Funny thing is, had they not jumped the gun in charging me I would not have known the trial period discrepency and only been arguing the point of needing the product in hand to evaluate. Maybe enough of us are catching on and they are in need of revenue.

Moral of the story: Let your guard down and your vanity sneaks in getting you into lots of trouble. Face it, life is about living and getting old. I'm chosing to let those lines and scars tell the story and use that money to create somemore!

Stay away from Skin Royale and the miilions like it!!!

Just wanted to update on the Skin Royale scam. I actually got every single penny back into my account, $176.90! I can now declare victory. So if you find yourself scammed by this company make sure you put up a good fight, you can succeed. Just so long as you are within the trial period [in my case it was 17 days as stated on their website] you have the right to get your money back if they charge you. Good luck!
