I just received more cream in the mail and I didn't order it. They automatically charged my credit card. Try it doesn't mean you should order me some more. I haven't opened up the first one yet. They refuse to pick it up or give me the full amount back on my credit card. I ask for a manager and they said they are not available and gave me a phone number that is in Canada. The owner name they told me is Jeff Anderson and told me he didn't have a phone number for him. They gave me a phone number 800-473-5933 which is Canada. I asked for the address for the main office where the owner is located and they gave me the po box address where the cream came from. This is very fishy.
I went to the computer to try different skin crams that won't cost to much money and to see which will work better for my skin. I am trying out peptide eye gel and supreme eye treatment now. They have sent me any more products because I haven't order anymore. I also order samples from the my skin MD product which I have not tried any yet because I am finishing up the other product. Today 12/29/15 I received in the mail another order from from My Skin MD. I called them and told them I want my credit card credited back and for them and to pick up the product. They said that it automatically gets sent to me. I told them I was only getting a sample so I can try it out. I was only ordering some products to see what works for me. They first told me I couldn't get credit back and they will close my account out. They told me I was charge 91.00 on my credit card. I told them I can't afford that right now. I want to talk to a manager. They said to hold. He came back and told me he could credit my credit card 31.00 which isn't the full amount back like I wanted. I told them to credit the whole thing back and that I didn't order it and cancel my account which he said he will. I asked for the owners name and they gave me Jeff Anderson. I asked for the phone number and the mailing address to contact him. They told me he didn't have a phone number and gave me the address as P.O. Box 25380, Sanat Ana, CA, 92799. When I got off the phone I realize it was the same address and the company. The first guys I talked to was jerry- ext 02213 and he was a foreigner . I called back again and got Dusan and his ext is 1111793. he was definitely a foreigner also. I asked Dusan for a manger and he told me none of the where available. I said so you are telling me there are no manager there that are not taking calls. he said that is correct. They are ripping off people and getting money from people that are not ordering things.
