First of all, SkinCareRX sent me outdated merchandise and another item the container was broken so the contents could not be used. So I had a return to SkinCareRX, and they were amenable to a return at first but told me they would send me a smart label in an email. Once I received the email and tried opening it there was no label so; I contacted them again, and they said there was another one on the way, and I could use it to return the merchandise. Well, I used to own a store and sell many items online, so I once had many labels to print the label. However, once I checked to see if I had any more labels I discovered I did not. Therefore, I contacted them again and told them I do not have any mailing labels because I thought it unfair I had to buy mailing labels for their mistake. They told me to take the merchandise to the post office, and they could print a mailing label for me. I was a bit confused so I asked how they could print the label and I was told they could make a copy of it off of my cell phone. So I took my cell phone into the post office, and the clerk working the window told me she had no idea how to download a label from a cell phone and she walked to the back of the post office, and I assume asked someone else. Well, the two people working there had no idea how to do what I had asked. Therefore, I contacted SkinCareRx again and was told they would snail mail me a label for my return, and that was three weeks ago. I have finally given up on the idea of ever receiving any label for a return. I think it is unprofessional of them to sell outdated merchandise and pack the in date merchandise so poorly it gets broken in the shipment. However, it is even more unprofessional of them not to mail me a label I could use. It baffles me why there is no return label in the box with your purchase once you receive it in the first place. However, it is the way they chose to do business, and I cannot control their policies. Although it would have made things so much easier and I would not be leaving this report if they had just not sent outdated merchandise and the merchandise that wasn't obsolete had not been broken or they had included a mailing label in the shipment.
