I bought a present for my friend on December 20, 2015 as a Christmas present but didn't receive it until after the holiday. The company guaranteed shipping in time for Christmas. It was the Bright and Beautiul Eyes Gift Set and Lip 6X Gloss Amplifying Lip Gloss. It took some time to get the gift to my friend since I did not receive the gift after Christmas and could not give it to her when we gathered for the holiday. Originally, she felt funny telling me but two of the four items were damaged and she didn't reveal this to me until recently. The roll-on Hylighten is cracked and ran down her face when she tried to apply it. The Crease Release serum pump did not work. The Bright Eyes enhancing treatment was pink and did not work with her skin tone. Lastly, she said the lip gloss which was supposed to be a lip plumper did nothing for her. I asked her to give them to me and I would handle it. I called the company on Friday Feb 5, 2016 during business hours for California. I left a message and did not hear back the next business day as is the company's policy. I called again on Feb 9, 2016 and also emailed the company. I didn't hear back from the company this time until Friday Feb 12, 2016. When I did speak to the representative, she told me there was nothing she could do because it was past 30 days. When I explained to her the situation and that the delay was due to the fact that the company did not deliver the package on time, she said there was nothing she could do. It was fine for this company to deliver the package late but would not acknowledge these extenuating circumstances that were due to this late delivery.
