On March 30, 2016, I ordered a trial version of skin revive cream. The order was for $5.99 for a free trial version. The consumer pays for shipping only. No where on the order form does it indicate that the consumer will be billed $92.99 in seven days.

 

On April 14, 2016, I received two order confirmations via email: one for Eye Rewind for $92.97 and one for Skin Revive for $92.99. I immediately contacted Skin Revive and complained. You get someone in China who doesn't speak English. He kept calling me a different name and repeating a scripted statement. After 30 minutes, he agreed to cancel the orders. I also replied back to the emails that were sent and asked them to cancel the orders. They sent me confirmations that the orders were cancelled. Unfortunately, the charges still appeared on my credit card statement. I filed formal disputes with Premier Bank Card on 3 separate occasions. They refuse to remove the charges based on the fact that I willingly gave my credit card information to the company. It makes no sense. I never received these products and now I have to pay $185.96 for products that I did not receive.

Premier Bank Card stated that I need to go back to the company for a refund. The company says they show the order was cancelled. I can't get far with someone that does not speak English. The whole thing is one big scam. Don't let these people have your credit card information. They will charge you regardless of whether or not you ordered or received the product.

 

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
