I signed up for Skrapp last month. I requested several days ago to cancel my payment agreement with them, as I don't want to be rebills. Unfortunately, both my friend and I signed up for this software and cannot cancel. In the user panel, there an option to upgrade to another plan, but not downgrade or cancel. It is an organized scam ran by conman Othmane Ghazi and accomplis Casey Schuck and my friend and I are both victims.

If you plan on signing up with Skrapp, be ready to chargeback through your bank. They will keep billing your credit card and you will be sucked into paying every month until you cancel your credit card.

Hello, Othmane here, creator of Skrapp.io,

It has come to our attention that there is a complaint about our online services. We are an internet software company that has been operating for the last 2 years with a user base of 100K and 20K weekly active users. Our user satisfaction is one of our primary concerns and we try our best to reach out to them to provide support and assistance.

The issue related to this complaint is the inability to cancel the subscription. The complaint is not valid because when a user is on a monthly subscription, he can cancel his subscription any time from his web dashboard (See attachment). If the cancellation button does not appear, it means two things : 

- The user is on a free plan.

- The user in on a One Time Purchase Package.

The other assumption is that the email that the user sent to our support staff was never received or filtered as spam. This is an issue that we have been facing lately with our email service. In this case, we need the contact information of the complaint holder. We normally refund the full amount of unused subscriptions.

Please also note that we have no one under the name of Casey Schuck working for our company.
