Sky Wings Agent Shahera El Masri Please help this women took our money for airline tickets and now my kids and husband dont have a return Anaheim California
Please this woman reserved my husband and two kids to go to Jordan roundtrip. When my husband went to confirm his return he found there was no return even though his itenerary said he did. She never reserved the return she just put it on hold and when she couldn't get that date she booked them on a flight to return two weeks earlier . Problem being she never told us ? Also She did these changes on Jul 7-08 without our knowledge . We purchased these tickets on june 16-08. Her Claim is that our reservation was origionally for aug 12-08. Which it really wasn't to our knowledge or the information supplied by her it says aug 29-08. Even the airline knows that what I am saying is the truth but with the date of aug 12 has passed I lost the return. These tickets were real expensive and we can't afford to change them in fact we are really a family of 6, but because we couldn't afford it my husband went with are 2 older kids to see his family who live in Jordan. I stayed behind with my younger kids because my family lives here in the states. Please I can't handle being seperated from my kids longer or my husband . Nor can our children handle it . What do we do please? If we could afford what this terrible woman did we wouldn't have divided ourselves. I don't know how or what to do the agent won't answer my calls. I drove to the office to find that there are gone . There is no office. It is just gone. I ran in to other people who purchased from her and she did the same thing . She told them she reserved the their return for one date and really she didnt they all bought new return tickets. Though they were domestic flights. They too came to look for her in the office after she won't answer calls. If anyone has a idea or anything please let me know .
