Hi,

Had a terrible experience with these jerks. I booked a moving date for Tuesday, October 30th 2012 , 7pmAt 7.15, no movers, I called their "office" number and got one of the managers on the phone, he then gave me a number to call.I called the number and got a driver on the phone, who said that he had no idea what I was talking about and told me to talk to the manager.So I called the manager and he told me that the booking was for the next day. I told him that we need the movers there asap and he hung up on me.Two hours later, at 9.15 pm, two movers showed up and wanted me to sign a contract that stated that we have to pay $160 for the first hour, when we were quoted $150 for three hours. I told them that I wouldn't sign that agreement and one of the drivers said that I don't have to sign and just pay $160 for how ever long it's going to take. They started moving my furniture and the last piece that was left, was a big wardrobe. It was an Ikea wardrobe and I told them, that it was wobbly and that we might have to take it apart. They decided to move it in one piece and got it into the hallway. I was downstairs when that took place and a few minutes later, one of the movers came down and told me that they will have to take the wardrobe apart. I went to assess the situation and when I got back upstairs I noticed massive cracks in the wardrobe. They took the unit apart and brought it downstairs, but it was destroyed. All the corners were broken off and one of the legs was ripped out. They told me that there's nothing they can do about it and that I didn't sign the insurance, which would've been $500 none refundable. I suggested that they go to Ikea and replace it. Bottom line is, they will not replace the unit and want me to pay for their services.The manager keeps calling and yelling at me to pay them, which I refuse to do.

I wish that someone would stop them from ripping off people.

This company needs to be stopped !
