Slaney Designs is not a legitimate company, only a website, its one guy claiming to be an architech taking atvantage of the
elderly.
This is how your project wil go: He will take your money, then he will delay and delay then he will ask for more money because he
says it was more work than he thought, then he wont finish the job and he will not give your money back for the work not completed.
Fell sorry for the poor soul that trust this Scam Artist Hack.

This negative review is so pathetic I hate to even respond. It's sad that someone has such a low moral code that they are willing to slander and try to ruin the reputation of an individual who has worked so hard to create an outstanding company, which I have. Let me start by saying I am in fact a registered Architect in the state of Texas, unlike the comment posted by whomever "Sharon" may be.
Secondly, I have never had a client named Sharon in the fiftenn years I have run a very successful construction company. Thirdly, the image posted as her "evidence" is a stock image that must have been reused over and over for this sick persons efforts, as witnessed by the following websites which show the same image .regalrenos360.com, https://www.brickunderground.com/blog/can_the_landlord_kick_you_out_for_a_month_while_they_renovate, https://danecontractors.com, howtostartanllc.com/business-ideas/remodeling, ridgelinerenovation.com/gallery/, myblogstarter.com/home-remodeling/home-remodeling-kitchen-renovation-in-home-remodeling-ideas-for-small-house/, nkawall.com/editor/?, /imgrez.com/design/, .millerrogers.net/general-construction.html, etc. I could go on but this person is wasting my time that can be used helping my real clients.
Fourth - I'm quite sure Sharon had no idea that during the time frame she claims for me to have shammed her, I was busy putting my own home together after the results of Hurricane Harvey which destroyed my personal home amongst others in Houston, point being I had no active jobs going during that time period and no clients to speak of. I was busy putting my own home back together so my wife had a place to die while she was suffering from brain cancer, which she did soon after. This whole event speaks of the Rip-Off Report website creating false and bogus claims to profit off of their own laziness in not getting a real job and leeching off of the success of real business people. They shoudl be ashamed of themselves posting stuff like this. Read their FAQ's and you will see clearly how they refuse to remove negative reviews even though they don't vet the reviewers or even let the company know that someone is slandering them prior to publishing such harmful lies.
This review is fraudulent and should have never been allowed to see the light of day. I refue to play the games of this website and hire an attorney and waste my good money defending myself from such bogus lies.
Finally, Sharon if you have the balls to call me yourself, assuming that is an even a real name, I look forward to the opportunity to discuss with you how terrible of a person you must be. You say in your review to contact you for more info but there is no number listed. Good luck to you in your future efforts as a pathetic liar.
